You have an idea - step 1:

Organization of use - Step 2:
- Inspection of the room together with RAUM AUF ZEIT
- Research funding opportunities for your project
- Make the necessary applications for permits
- Agree duration and costs of use with owner and conclude lease/user agreement.

Start interim Use! - Step 3:
- Create access: organize the set-up and running of the interim use (regulation on opening and closing times as well as events, compliance with specifications and security).
- Coordinate public relations and invite people to your project's opening, events, hours of operation via press releases, print and social media
- Neighbor:inside may also like to come - involve you!
- Regulate the care of the premises and the material needs during the interim use (equipment cleaning and service, regulation of interim cleaning during public traffic, etc.; preparation and regulation of the return of the room at the end of the use).
